Yes. Projects, issues, epics, sprints, custom fields, workflows, attachments, comments, and history migrate cleanly, including complex Atlassian Cloud setups.
Standard filters today (assignee, label, status, priority, and more), not a dedicated query language — a JQL-equivalent isn't built yet.
